Each call is a live AI conversation: Franklin speaks, listens and responds in real time from a plain-English task, calling from a dedicated number leased to its wallet. Before dialing it can check a number's line type and carrier, and after the call it gets back the full transcript, the recording, and whether a person or voicemail answered.
Each lookup and call is paid per use in USDC from Franklin's wallet, through BlockRun's Phone & Voice service, and a call that fails upstream is not charged.
